📝 Ingredients
Crust
250 g (9 oz) digestive biscuits or graham crackers
120 g (½ cup) melted butter
Cream Filling
250 g (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
120 g (½ cup) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
300 ml (1¼ cups) cold whipping cream
Peanut Butter Topping
200 g (¾ cup) creamy peanut butter
2–3 tbsp powdered sugar (to taste)
2–3 tbsp warm cream or milk (for smoothness)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Prepare the crust
Crush the biscuits finely and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
Make the cream filling
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip the cold cream separately until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Assemble
Spread the cream filling evenly over the chilled crust.
Peanut butter layer
Warm peanut butter slightly. Mix with powdered sugar and cream/milk until smooth and spreadable.
Spread over the cream layer and decorate edges if desired.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
