Classic Deviled Eggs Recipe

🥚 Classic Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

10 large eggs

4–5 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard (or regular mustard)

1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Paprika (for garnish)

Fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs

Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10–11 minutes.

Transfer to cold water and peel.

  1. Prepare the filling

Slice eggs lengthwise.

Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.

Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

  1. Fill the eggs

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

  1. Garnish

Sprinkle with paprika and a little black pepper.

Add chopped parsley or chives if desired.
