Chocolate Truffles (No-Bake) – Like in the Image

Yields: ~15–18 truffles

Prep time: 20 minutes + chilling

📝 Ingredients

  • 200 g biscuits (tea biscuits / digestive / petit beurre)
  • 100 g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2–3 tbsp condensed milk (or honey)
  • 2 tbsp butter (soft)
  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)
  • 50 g ground nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts)

Coating

  • Melted chocolate or cocoa powder
  • Chopped nuts for topping

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Crush biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix biscuits with cocoa powder and ground nuts.
  3. Add melted chocolate, butter, condensed milk, and vanilla.
  4. Stir until a soft, moldable dough forms.
  5. Chill the mixture for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Shape into balls using your hands.
  7. Coat by dipping in melted chocolate or rolling in cocoa.
  8. Decorate with crushed nuts.
  9. Chill again for 20 minutes until set.

  • Roll some in coconut flakes or sprinkles
