Ingredients
2 cups raw cashews
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Optional spices: paprika, garlic powder, chili, cumin
Method
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Toss cashews with oil, salt, and spices.
Spread on a tray in one layer.
Roast 12–15 minutes, stirring once.
Cool completely (they get crisp after cooling).
👉 Pan method: Dry-toast on low heat, stirring constantly until golden.
🥜 2. Homemade Cashew Butter
Ingredients
3 cups roasted cashews
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1 tsp honey or dates, 1 tbsp oil
Method
Blend warm roasted cashews in a food processor.
First it becomes powder → paste → creamy butter.
Add salt and sweetener if you like.
Store in a jar (up to 2 weeks refrigerated).
