Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a quick snack
π Ingredients (6 cups)
6 slices ham (or turkey ham / bacon)
6 eggs
Β½ cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, emmental, or mix)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: chopped herbs (parsley, dill, chives)
Optional add-ins: mushrooms, bell pepper, onion

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Line each muffin hole with one slice of ham, pressing it to form a cup.
- Add cheese to the bottom of each ham cup.
- Crack one egg into each cup (keep yolk whole if you like it runny).
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Bake for 15β20 minutes
15 min β soft/runny yolk
18β20 min β fully set yolk
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.

For crispy edges, bake the ham cups 5 minutes first before adding cheese & eggs.
