📝 Ingredients
- 200 g biscuits (tea biscuits / digestive / petit beurre)
- 100 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp condensed milk (or honey)
- 2 tbsp butter (soft)
- ½ tsp vanilla (optional)
- 50 g ground nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts)
Coating
- Melted chocolate or cocoa powder
- Chopped nuts for topping
👩🍳 Instructions
- Crush biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix biscuits with cocoa powder and ground nuts.
- Add melted chocolate, butter, condensed milk, and vanilla.
- Stir until a soft, moldable dough forms.
- Chill the mixture for 10–15 minutes.
- Shape into balls using your hands.
- Coat by dipping in melted chocolate or rolling in cocoa.
- Decorate with crushed nuts.
- Chill again for 20 minutes until set.
