Garlic Butter Sautéed Mushrooms with Fresh Parsley

Garlic Butter Mushrooms (Quick & Irresistible)
Soft, juicy mushrooms tossed in rich garlic butter with herbs—perfect as a side, appetizer, or topping.
🛒 Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4–5 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tsp dried thyme or 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Optional: squeeze of lemon juice or pinch of chili flakes
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Heat the pan: Warm olive oil and butter in a wide skillet over medium heat.
Sauté mushrooms: Add mushrooms in a single layer. Cook 5–7 minutes without stirring too much until golden.
Add garlic & herbs: Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme/parsley. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Finish: Optional lemon juice or chili flakes. Toss once and remove from heat.
⭐ Tips
Don’t overcrowd the pan—this helps them brown, not steam.
For extra shine, add a small knob of butter at the end.
Great over steak, chicken, toast, pasta, or with eggs.
