For the pastry
- 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
- 1 egg (for brushing)

Instructions
1. Prepare the spinach
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted (or just heat if using frozen).
- Let cool slightly.
2. Make the filling

- mozzarella
