Ingredients

✔️ 6 large eggs (room temperature)

✔️ 150 g sugar

✔️ 120 g cake flour (or all-purpose flour sifted 2–3 times)

✔️ 60 ml milk

✔️ 50 ml vegetable oil

✔️ 1 tsp vanilla

✔️ 1 tsp baking powder (optional, for extra lift)

1️⃣ Prepare the batter base

  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks.
  2. In the yolk bowl, add:
    • 60 ml milk
    • 50 ml oil
    • 1 tsp vanilla
      Mix well.
  3. Add sifted flour (and baking powder if using).
  4. Mix until smooth and lump-free.

2️⃣ Make the fluffy meringue

  1. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt.
